Getting Last Usage data from Microsoft integration

Microsoft provides two types of usage logs:

  1. Sign In Logs are a basic feature of Microsoft Entra and are available for all organizations.
In order to access them (and to sync them with StackBob) your user account needs to have at least a "Reports Reader" role in Microsoft.

  2. License Usage Logs are a paid feature of Microsoft Entra and require the organization to purchase the subscription of Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2 (but you can also do a 90-day trial).
In order to access them (and to sync them with StackBob) your user account needs to have at least a "Reports Reader" role in Microsoft.

In case you don't see any data in the Last Usage column in StackBob, most likely the user who connected your Microsoft Workspace to your StackBob Workspac didn't have the required permissions.

How to fix

You need to remove the integration with Microsoft from StackBob (see screenshot below) and re-connect it using the Microsoft user account with enough permissions.
