During onboarding, StackBob.ai issues a signup link to your organization's designated contact. The person who opens the link and authenticates with a corporate email address establishes the organization, and is assigned the Org Admin role. All subsequent users join by invitation.

A corporate email address on your organization's domain, managed by Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or Okta
Okta only: permission to create app integrations in your Okta org, or an Okta admin who can do so on your behalf

Procedure
1. Open the signup link
Open the signup link shared by your StackBob.ai onboarding contact.

Sign up with Microsoft or Google to create your organization in a single step. Okta SSO can be enabled afterwards under Organization Settings. Or sign up with Okta directly if your organization requires Okta auth from the outset.
Choose one of the following options.

Select Sign Up With Microsoft or Sign Up With Google and authenticate in the provider's dialog with your corporate email address.

In the Okta Admin Console, create an OIDC app integration with the following values. For wizard mechanics, see Okta's documentation on creating OIDC app integrations.

From the app's General tab in Okta, copy the Client ID.
Return to StackBob.ai. Enter your Okta Org URL and the App Client ID, then select Create Organization and authenticate through Okta.
3. Select your primary IGA
After authentication through your identity provider, your StackBob.ai organization is created and you are assigned the Org Admin role. The Select StackBob Mode dialog opens.
Under How do you want to use StackBob?, keep Extend My Existing Identity Governance Platform.
Under What's Your Primary IGA, select your governance platform.
Select Continue.
ℹ️ Note
Your primary IGA defines the organization's SCIM settings and the structure of the SCIM URL issued for each managed app. To connect more than one IGA, contact your StackBob.ai onboarding representative.
4. Your organization is ready
After you complete these steps, your organization is ready for its first managed app.
