Organization Admin
Has full access to all data in your StackBob Org, including access revoke permission. Intended for IT administrators and other positions responsible for access management.
Organization Manager
Has full access to all data in your StackBob Org, except the permission to revoke access. Intended for C-level team members or other top managers.
Unit admin
Unit admin is the role intended for Team Leads or Heads of Departments.
Can access:
"My Apps" page, where they see the list of their own user accounts for every app, as well as shared user accounts to which they were added personally or through the team assignment.
"Apps" page, where they can see the list of apps that belong to their team(s), edit the apps info, sync users, and manage their access
"Identities" page, where they can see the list of Users who belong to their teams(s) and manage their access
Note:
For the apps and identities to be visible, the user with Unit admin role should be assigned to at least one unit, and the unit should have at least one app assigned to it.
Regular Member
Regular Member is the role with the lowest permissions.
Can access:
“My Tools” page, where they see the list of their own user accounts for every tool, as well as shared user accounts to which they were added personally or through the team assignment.
