Organization Admin
Has full access to all data in your Stackoon workspace. Intended for IT administrators and other positions responsible for access management.
Organization Manager
Has full access to all data in your Stackoon workspace, except the right to delete users. Intended for C-level team members or other top managers.
Team admin
Team admin is the role intended for Team Leads or Heads of Departments.
Can access:
"My Tools" page, where they see the list of their own user accounts for every tool, as well as shared user accounts to which they were added personally or through the team assignment.
"Tools" page, where they can see the list of tools that belong to their team(s), edit the tools info, sync users, and manage their access
"People" page, where they can see the list of Users who belong to their teams(s) and manage their access
Note:
For the tools & people to appear on the pages, the user with 'Team admin' role should be assigned to at least one team. And the team should have at least one tool assigned to it.
Expense editor
Expense editor is the role intended for Finance professionals.
Can access:
"My Tools" page, where they see the list of their own user accounts for every tool, as well as shared user accounts to which they were added personally or through the team assignment.
"Expenses" page, where they can integrate payment sources, import/export spending data, map transactions and create mapping rules.
"Insights" page, where they can see spending trends and insights on tools usage and renewals
Regular Member
Regular Member is the role with the lowest permissions.
Can access:
“My Tools” page, where they see the list of their own user accounts for every tool, as well as shared user accounts to which they were added personally or through the team assignment.
