To connect Microsoft Graph API you need to be a Global Admin user in your Microsoft Organization.
In case you are not getting the consent screen from Microsoft during the Integration process (where Microsoft asks to confirm the list of permissions for Stackoon app), please login into your Microsoft Entra Admin Center, find StackBob in the list of apps (Identity > Applications > Enterprise applications > All applications -> search for 'StackBob'). And under permission click 'Grant admin access' to enable connection on the admin level. Microsoft Entra ID provides two types of usage logs:
Sign In Logs are a basic feature of Microsoft Entra and are available for all organizations.
In order to access them (and to sync them with StackBob) your user account needs to have at least a "Reports Reader" role in Microsoft.
License Usage Logs are a paid feature of Microsoft Entra and require the organization to purchase the subscription of Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2 (but you can also do a 90-day trial).
In order to access them (and to sync them with StackBob) your user account needs to have at least a "Reports Reader" role in Microsoft.
In case you don't see any data in the Last Usage column in StackBob, most likely the user who connected your Microsoft Workspace to your StackBob Workspac didn't have the required permissions.
How to fix
You need to revoke the integration with Microsoft in "Microsoft" app in StackBob and re-connect it using the user account with enough permissions in Microsoft (see above).
